We do appreciate, that on some occasions your plans may change.

As such we accept that changes may need to be made to bookings, we also ask that you understand our position when you change your plans, and that is why we have the following cancellation policy.

If you cancel your booking within 5 days of arrival, or do not arrive on the date stated, we reserve the right to charge for the stay.

We will, of course, make every effort to re-book the room, and if we can manage that we will not make any charges to yourself.
